Our services are available to patients throughout the Oklahoma region. Sleep laboratory testing is done seven days per week. We accept Medicare patients and most health insurance coverage’s.

Typically, patients schedule appointments, for initial consultation, with their primary care physician, who orders necessary testing through our sleep study staff.

Private consultations are available by appointment with Dr. Jeremy Cole, Board Certified in Sleep Medicine, on Fridays. For appointment call 918-225-2741, CRH Outpatient Specialty Clinic.

Please be aware that a physician must order sleep testing. Ask your physician to send any pertinent information, including laboratory (blood, EKG, x-ray) results to the CRH Sleep Study Center.

All patients will be asked to complete a short questionnaire that details their sleep problem and medical history prior to scheduling an appointment. If possible, the spouse, or someone who has observed the patient while sleeping, should attend the initial consultation. An appointment for any necessary sleep laboratory testing will be scheduled after the initial visit.
